About Women to Watch

A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, Susan Rocco received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Villanova University and spent her early career in marketing, sales, public relations and advertising. Initially created as a live weekly radio show, Women to Watch Media was founded in 2012 and has developed into a national podcast and digital TV program that airs weekly on the show’s YouTube channel. After discovering the need for a talk show that was based on candid conversations with women leaders, Rocco uncovered her mission to inspire and encourage more women to pursue leadership roles worldwide. For more than a decade, Rocco has sat down with women who are C-suite executives, scientists, leaders in technology, notable journalists, philanthropists, activists, politicians, doctors, and more with the goal of connecting the dots between the little girl and the woman leader she is today. Rocco is currently a board member for the Global Thinkers Forum based in London.
