Stephanie brings more than 7 years of experience in operational and project management to her role in internal operations at Athena. Prior to joining us in Center City, she spent several years working in human capital consulting, working to improve processes, optimize talent acquisition, and extract insights from employee engagement data. Her skills include resource management, operational efficiency and data management. She enjoys working collaboratively and is passionate about bringing the human element to data analysis. Approachable and inquisitive, Stephanie has an eye for both personal and professional development opportunities. Her emphasis on sustainable growth gives her a passion for organized processes, effective programs, and thriving atmospheres so that all efforts will have a lasting impact on clients and colleagues.
