Rachel Yang
“The creative energy and the dedication of my teammates constantly inspire me to bring out the best of myself each day and make meaningful contributions towards the projects we are tackling.”

Rachel is an adept writer and communicator who constantly seeks to leverage her strengths and passions in a professional capacity. Rachel's liberal arts education has refined her tendency to be observant, intuitive, and reflective when approaching an unfamiliar topic or situation. Her curiosity and analytic mentality have enabled her to seamlessly adapt to those novel scenarios and quickly find ways to contribute to projects, meetings, or collaborative initiatives. Rachel can quickly pinpoint the most relevant strand in a tangle of information and uncover valuable perspectives that have been previously overlooked. Open-minded and constantly seeking to nuance her perspectives, Rachel likes to transform each new project into an opportunity for self-growth. She especially enjoys learning about how her work fits into the larger social or cultural landscape of our time and how it is making a positive impact towards social good. Rachel is fluent in Mandarin and can read and write French at an advanced level.
