Will is an experienced corporate strategist, known for driving transformative initiatives within leading organizations. Joining us from FMC Corporation, where he served as Senior Manager within their Corporate Strategy & Development group, he led key strategic projects, including long-range planning and mergers and acquisitions. Collaborating with business units and functional leaders, Will identified and prioritized initiatives, managed stakeholder relationships, and provided insights to the Board of Directors and Global Operating Committee.

Previously, Will excelled as a Corporate Strategy Analyst at The Vanguard Group, focusing on competitive analysis and strategic projects for senior audiences. His expertise in organizational design was instrumental in reevaluating global operating models for two divisions, developing product roadmaps, and enhancing client engagement models, and significantly improving global NPS scores.

Will's career also includes roles as Transformational Change Lead and Chief of Staff for Global Investment Operations, and participation in the Vanguard Accelerated Development Program. His versatility is evident in his skillful handling of budget planning and strategy execution.

Outside his professional life, Will is an active Executive Board Member and Treasurer at The Spruce Foundation, supporting Philadelphia’s youth and cultivating future leaders and philanthropists. His personal passions include lacrosse, skiing, soccer, squash, history, and travel. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
