With two decades of diverse experience, Jose has navigated industries ranging from telecommunications and payments technology to online education publishing, architecture, and engineering. Throughout Jose’s career, he has spearheaded digital and operational transformations, developed go-to-market strategies, and led nationwide product launches and customer experience overhauls. His ability to seamlessly integrate multiple workstreams, communicate effectively between business and technical stakeholders, and craft comprehensive project documentation allows him to align executive priorities with on-the-ground execution.
