Jen Larkin is the Vice President of Business Development at Athena Global Advisors. As a member of the Executive Leadership team, she leads strategic initiatives to position Athena as a premier client partner.

Jen brings over 15 years of experience in fundraising, relationship management, and organizational strategy. Before joining the Athena team, Jen was Chief Development Officer at United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. There, she led initiatives that secured $18 million in funding and launched the organization’s inaugural Endowment Campaign. This work allowed her to develop strong partnerships across corporate, government, and community sectors, demonstrating her skills in forging high-impact relationships across industries. Salient in all the work she touches is Jen’s adaptability and creativity as a strategist. She played a pivotal role in leading and launching the Philadelphia chapter of Social Venture Partners International during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jen overcame the hurdles the pandemic presented and successfully pioneered an innovative collective giving model. She also built an engaged donor network from the ground up, pushing the Philadelphia chapter to long-term success.

Jen graduated from James Madison University with a B.A. in social work, and Bryn Mawr College with a master’s in social service. In her personal time, Jen enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family and exploring the dynamic Philadelphia community.
