Athena Global Advisors has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

“I would describe Athena’s culture in three words as ambitious, bold and innovative.”

– Jocelyn Hlwaty, Director, Social Media Intelligence

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

“My favorite Athena tradition is our annual trip to the Philadelphia Phillies ball game.”

– Ian Woodruff, Manager

“We are extremely excited about winning Top Workplaces for the second year in a row,” said Maggy Wilkinson, Athena’s CEO. “The award coincides with another company milestone: We will welcome our 100th employee to Athena in June/this summer. Winning a respected regional business award like this reinforces that our mission to cultivate an employee-focused culture is key to our success as an organization.”
