Mairead O’Boyle

Mairead has spent the last six years in the customer experience space with two prominent players in the pay TV and streaming industries. In her most recent role, she launched and managed a robust social media listening program to analyze overall brand health, monitor major business events, research new product features, and identify industry trends. Mairead also developed and executed the brand’s social media care strategy, which included launching new digital contact channels like WhatsApp and Google Business Messages. This deep subject matter expertise in digital care solutions is backed by Mairead’s passion for delivering seamless experiences to every customer.

Mairead graduated with honors from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Art Conservation. True to form, the Denver local enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, whether it's speeding down a mountain on her snowboard or climbing up a mountain in her hiking boots. Mairead also enjoys traveling, working on DIY projects, and hanging out with her beloved dog Mars.
