Athena was tasked by a national multimedia entertainment company to facilitate the creation and rollout of a new home-technology product, due to be released in multiple markets. The technology stood outside the client’s standard product offering, raising multiple challenges for sales, internal marketing, and customer-facing support teams.
Athena worked closely with the client to develop a production schedule along an ambitious timetable, identified essential stakeholders in the organization and key point persons in moving tasks forward. We assigned work, enforced progress reporting, and leveraged organizational incentives to align teams and meet crucial performance standards, carrying the process through to an on-time and on-budget launch.
The launch platform Athena pioneered and perfected is being used as a model throughout the organization for successful program management, maximum transparency, and team accountability.
